The name of yogasana that increases stamina is Virabhadrasana 2 (Virabhadrasana II or Warrior Pose 2).

  2. Now keep the left foot at a 90 degree angle from the ground and turn the toes of the left foot outwards.
  3. Along with this, keep the right foot at a 45 degree angle from the ground.
    To do Virabhadrasana-2, bring both your hands parallel to the ground equal to the shoulders.
  4. Now bend the left knee and look at the fingers of the left hand.
  5. Bend the left knee so that the left thigh comes parallel to the ground.
  6. Stay in this posture for some time and repeat the same process from the other side as well.
