If you have also been allotted the Prime Minister’s house, then you should know that it will be mandatory to stay in it for five years or else your allotment will be cancelled. Changes in rules under PM Awas
Actually, the government will see for five years whether you have used these houses or not. This agreement will be converted into a lease deed if you are residing in it. Otherwise the development authority will also terminate the agreement made with you. After this the amount deposited by you will also not be refunded.
