Now for the convenience of NPS subscribers, the National Pension System Trust (NPST) has started WhatsApp service, so that they can get the solution of the problem sitting at home.

It is worth noting that the National Pension Scheme i.e. NPS is a scheme of the government, which is operated by the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA). Giving information about this in a tweet, the National Pension System Trust (NPST) said, ‘Given information about your WhatsApp service. The tweet read- Dear Subscribers, NPS Trust is now on WhatsApp so that your queries can be resolved!! Contact us @918588852130.’


It is to be noted that all NPS subscribers can avail Tier I and Tier II accounts and all services related to NPS account such as Contribution, Withdrawal, Exit, eNPS services, change in scheme preferences, modifying investment pattern You will now find it on WhatsApp.

How to use NPS WhatsApp Number

  • For this, first you open your WhatsApp account and send Hi message to the given WhatsApp mobile number.
  • Now a list of Queries will open in front of you.
  • In this list tap on the question related to your problem, contribution, eNPS, Exit etc.
  • If your problem is not found in this list then you go to ‘Need More Help’ option.
  • Now you will get a reply from NPS Trust in this regard that ‘Please email your query to grievances@npstrust.org.in ‘ or you can call us on 011-47207700.
  • If you need more help than this, you can call 022-2499 3499. This number is of eNPS NSDL helpline.
