The airline company has expanded services to new destinations including Amritsar, Surat, Dehradun and Aizawl. The airline company said in an official release that these airports will connect with direct flights to Delhi, Mumbai, Srinagar, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Guwahati, which will increase regional connectivity. That is, now you will be able to fly direct from the metropolis to Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities including Amritsar, Surat, Dehradun and Aizawl.

GoFirst Chief Executive Officer Kaushik Khona said, “We are confident that the addition of these new destinations will not only strengthen our network, but will also provide our customers with direct connectivity to metros and other major cities and towns.”

Surat will be connected to Bangalore with one daily flight. At the same time, Delhi with two daily flights and Kolkata with one will be connected to Hyderabad, Siliguri, Patna, Srinagar, Guwahati, Jammu, Maldives, Lucknow and Ranchi. The domestic carrier said Aizawl would be connected to Kolkata, Guwahati and Delhi.

Direct flights from Amritsar to Delhi

The flight from Amritsar to Delhi will fly thrice. At the same time, from today onwards, the “Go Fast” flight from Amritsar to Srinagar will take off at 12.10 pm and will reach Srinagar at 1 pm. Similarly, the flight from Srinagar will take off at 1.50 am and will reach Amritsar at 2.25 pm. Whereas Amritsar to Mumbai flight will take off at 8.30 am and will reach Amritsar at 11 am. It will take off from Amritsar at 11.30 and land in Mumbai at 2 pm. The flight will take off from Mumbai at 5.45 pm and will reach Amritsar at 8.15 pm. The flight will take off from Amritsar at 8.45 pm and reach Mumbai at 11.15 pm.
