Customers will now be able to book cylinders from their registered mobile number by giving a missed call without spending any money. IndianOil said in its statement that this facility will bring relief to those people and the elderly, who did not find themselves comfortable in the IVRS system.

LPG customers can book gas cylinders from anywhere in the country by making a missed call on 8454955555. The company said that with this facility, the time taken by customers to call for booking will be saved. Also, customers will not have to pay any charges for the call.
How to book gas cylinder from WhatsApp
Booking of gas cylinders can also be done through just one message. For this, the number has been issued by all the gas companies. You just have to send it by typing REFILL. Status can also be tracked with the help of WhatsApp.

For this, you have to type STATUS# from the registered mobile number, followed by the order number which you get right after booking. For example, if your booking number is 12345, then you have to type STATUS # 12345 and WhatsApp message to the number 7588888824. Note that there is no space between STATUS# and order number.
