The manager of Haldwani Indane Gas has forbidden gas home delivery employees to give gas cylinders without booking. This decision has been taken to stop black marketing of gas. Manager Ravi Mehra told that there are about 55 thousand consumers in Haldwani and Kathgodam gas agency.
Out of which 50 thousand consumers are taking gas regularly, while about 5 thousand consumers have not updated their mobile number. Due to which their gas booking is not being done. Such people are filling gas without booking. If the gas book is not updated, then their connection may also be closed. Therefore, such consumers should get the mobile number updated by visiting their gas agency in time.
There is also reason to stop subsidy
It is believed that ever since the gas subsidy has been stopped, people have stopped booking. People are taking cylinders from the gas vehicles coming in the streets without booking. It is believed that under the guise of this, a game of black marketing is going on in the city.
All the consumers should update their mobile number so that they can avail gas facility without any hassle. Otherwise, there may be problems in getting the gas cylinder.
