With this increment, a total of ₹ 19267 will be increased in the salary of the employees of the company. Under the agreement, the salary of employees will be increased by 70% in the first year, 15% in the second year and 15% in the third year.

In addition to mediclaim policy to the family of all employees working in the company, 1 day salary and more compensation of all workers including death benefit scheme will be made available to legal heirs as per company policy.
