ESIC Assistant Professors Recruitment 2025: A golden opportunity has come up for the youth who wish to do government job. Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has issued a notification for recruitment to 243 posts of Assistant Professor on the official website. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website esic.gov.in. The application process has started from 25th July, 2025 and the last date to apply has been fixed as 15th August, 2025. Therefore, the candidates who are thinking of applying, should apply before the last day.
Category wise recruitment will be done on these many posts-
- General Category- 97 posts
- SC Category- 40 posts
- ST Category- 18 posts
- OBC Category- 63 posts
- EWS Category- 25 posts
Educational Qualification
Candidates who are thinking of applying must have an MD (Doctor of Medicine) or MS (Doctor of Surgery) degree. Along with this, the candidate should have 3 years of teaching experience as a senior resident.
Age Limit
Age limit has been fixed for the candidates applying. According to which, the maximum age has been fixed at 40 years. At the same time, medical officers working in ESIC will be given a relaxation of 5 years in the age limit. Along with this, candidates coming from reserved category will also get relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules.
Selection Process
Candidates applying for the vacant post will be selected on the basis of interview.
This will be the salary
The salary of the selected eligible candidates will be from Rs 67,700 to Rs 2,08,700 per month.
Application fee
The candidates will have to pay the prescribed application fee while applying for the vacant post. General category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500. At the same time, women, SC, ST, PWD, ex-servicemen and ESIC employees have been exempted from application fee.
