The warning has predicted heavy rainfall in several parts of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, while light to moderate rainfall is also expected in others. Thunderstorms, strong winds and lightning are also expected during this period.

According to the East and Central India

Meteorological Department, the monsoon will once again register its presence in East and Central India from September 28-30. This is expected to cause heavy rainfall in many areas of Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Sikkim, Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha. Light rainfall may also occur in some areas.
