Old age pension- Union Minister Manohar Lal announced that the amount of old age pension in Haryana will be increased soon. Currently this amount is Rs 3,000 per month. It will be increased to Rs 3,200. He also announced that under the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana starting from November, women will get Rs 2,100 per month.
He expressed his views at a district level programme for Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Yojana at Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College. A mega health camp was organised during the event.
Manohar Lal adopted five patients for six months. He said that this will help TB patients. This will provide nutritious food to five patients for six months. The Union Minister appealed to the public to become Nishchay Mitra in large numbers and help TB patients.
