Vande Bharat Train: Railways has made preparations to start Bilaspur-Nagpur Vande Bharat Express again with full capacity. This train will now run in 16 coaches, which will provide more seats and better facilities to the passengers.
Vande Bharat Train: There is news of relief for the passengers of Chhattisgarh. In view of the increasing demand of passengers and the popularity of the train, the Railways has decided to start Bilaspur-Nagpur Vande Bharat Express again with 16 coaches. This decision will not only make the journey smooth, but more passengers will get a chance to travel due to doubling the number of seats. Now the train is ready to run again with full capacity from June.
Coaches increased on demand of passengers
The Vande Bharat Express train running between Bilaspur-Nagpur will now run with 16 coaches. Earlier it was being run with only 8 coaches. Recently 3 coaches have been sent to Bilaspur from Mumbai Division, which will be added to the train after repair.
The train will run again with full capacity
According to railway sources, the repair work of these coaches will be done on priority. From June, this train will again run on the track with its full capacity i.e. 16 coaches. This will provide more seats to the passengers and will also make long distance travel easier.
Vande Bharat completes two years
Vande Bharat Express was started in Chhattisgarh on 11 December 2022. Initially, there was a lot of enthusiasm among the passengers about this train. It is a semi high speed train made of indigenous technology, which has state-of-the-art facilities.
Decrease in the number of passengers and decision to reduce coaches
In the initial phase, the number of passengers was high, but later it started decreasing. The economic slowdown that came after Corona also affected it. As a result, the Railways decided to run it with only 8 coaches in April 2023.
Now the number of seats will increase, 1128 passengers will be able to travel
At present, this train is running with a capacity of only 564 passengers, but from June, after the increase in the number of coaches, a total of 1128 passengers will be able to travel. This step has been taken keeping in mind the demand of the passengers.
Train equipped with modern facilities
In Vande Bharat Express, passengers will get all the modern facilities like sitting chair arrangement, CCTV, fire safety device, first aid box, smart toilet, glass window, automatic door, display board, air conditioner and deep freezer. This will give passengers a comfortable and safe travel experience.
