How to complain to the bank
Contact the bank immediately to complain about wrong payment related to UPI. For this, you can call the nearest bank branch or the bank’s customer care. For this, keep the details related to the payment such as UPI transaction ID, beneficiary account, UPI ID, transaction time and date with you. Along with this, you can also give a written complaint to the bank.
How to complain in NPCI
National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) handles UPI. You can complain about wrong transactions done through UPI. Users can complain on NPCI’s toll-free number 1800-120-1740. If your problem is not resolved within 30 days, you can also complain on NPCI’s portal.
