The school holidays here will last till October 6. These holidays will be applicable to both state government and central board schools.

Some schools in Karnataka will not close until October 6, 2025. The reason behind this may be preparations for board exams. To maintain coordination between Dussehra and Diwali holidays, some schools will not get the entire Dussehra holiday.

CBSE schools in Dakshina Kannada may open from October 3. Schools in Telangana will have Dussehra holidays from September 21. Schools will open on October 3.
