The UP government does not want to upset anyone with the view of the upcoming elections. Due to this, he decided to give one more chance to the students who missed out on the scholarship given by the Social Welfare Department to the poor students to apply in this category. Under this extended date, facility will be available to fill online applications of post-decade scholarship from October 29 to November 30.

Facility to fill the application will be available from October 29 to November 30 and by December 3, the institutions will forward the application form. The District Scholarship Approval Committee constituted to examine the applications will further examine them. When everything is found correct, the scholarship amount will be sent to the bank accounts of these eligible students by December 28.
Why the decision had to be taken There
is an electoral environment in UP right now and assembly elections are to be held here early next year. In such a situation, the Chief Minister is taking care of every section. This scholarship is given by the Social Welfare Department to the poor students and there should be a large section benefiting from it. In view of this, the time till November 30 has been extended for giving scholarship and fee reimbursement. Earlier, the last date to apply for this was till October 25. Only about 30 lakh students have been able to apply in this. More than 20 lakh students of the state could not fill the scholarship forms due to some reasons. The government is going to give one more chance to such students who missed the application.
