A decision on the formation of Outsource Service Corporation can be taken in the cabinet meeting to be held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath . According to the information, there is every possibility of this proposal getting the green signal.
After the formation of the corporation, contract and outsourced employees will be appointed in 92 departments and educational institutions of the state. Not only this, employees will also be able to get the benefits of pension, financial help and reservation through the corporation. This will be a relief news for lakhs of employees who have been waiting for this decision for a long time.

The UP government has also announced a pension scheme for outsourced employees. Under this scheme, employees can get a pension ranging from Rs 1000 to Rs 7300 every month. If a married employee dies, his/her parents will also get a monthly pension of Rs 1000 to Rs 2900.
After getting approval from the cabinet for the formation of outsourced corporation, a board of directors will be formed under the chairmanship of the chief secretary and a director general will also be appointed.
