In the top SUV list, in the monthly sales of last month, Maruti Brezza has secured the first position, leaving behind Tata Nexon. Let us tell you how which SUV has performed in sales in September 2022.

1. Maruti Brezza: This time Maruti Brezza has won in the best selling SUV. Maruti Suzuki sold 15,445 units of this compact SUV last month as compared to 1,874 units sold in September last year. Its sales have grown 724% year-on-year in September 2022. The compact SUV is getting the benefit of the launch of the new generation.
2. Tata Nexon: Tata Nexon was at number two in this list. Tata Motors has sold 14,518 units in September, which is an increase of 57.6% on a yearly basis as compared to its 9,211 units in September last year.
3. Hyundai Creta: Hyundai Creta makes a special place in the case of mid-size SUV. The SUV, ranked third in the SUV sales chart, sold 12,866 units in September, showing a year-on-year growth of 57 in September 2022 from 8,193 units sold last year.
4. Tata Punch: The sales of Tata Punch have been on a boom since its launch. Tata Motors sold 12,251 units of Punch in September. Overall, Nexon and Punch have contributed heavily to the company’s car sales figures. Due to which Tata has become the highest sales SUV in the month so far.
5. Hyundai Venue: Hyundai Venue managed to break into the top-5 with 11,033 units sold in September. It sold 7,924 units during the same month last year. Due to good sales in this month, it saw a rise of 39.2%. This SUV recently got a new update as well.
