Ration Card Eligibility Criteria
This new ration card will be issued in the name of women if there is no woman in the family then it will be issued on any old person in the family.
- Citizens must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
- A candidate does not have any ration card before.
- The newly married couple is eligible for a new ration card.
- A candidate whose ration card has expired or has a temporary ration card is eligible for a new ration card.
- Candidate must have completed 18 years of age to make a new ration card.

- Aadhar Card
- Candidate’s bank passbook
- Copy of pan card
- LPG connection (details like connection number, agency name, gas company name)
- Income certificate
- Details of income of each member of the family

Steps to apply for new ration card
- Candidates visit the official website http://fcs.up.nic.in/
- Visit the NFSA Application link.
- You go to the new registration tab.
- Give all your details like region, mobile number, district, email id.
- Click on proceed button
- Then verify your email id and password then an online application for Uttar Pradesh ration card will appear.
- Fill the application form with complete details
- After that, you need to upload the scanned required documents.
- Fill the form completely and submit the application form.
- Take print out of ration card form

- Now click on Operation Card Management System.
- Now select the district
- Now select your city
- Now the candidate has to select the nearby vendor name as per rural and urban area wise.
- Now find your name in the list
- For future referrals, candidates can take a printout of the digital ration card.
