There are many allottees who have not even updated the addresses in the authority, due to which the letter of Greater Noida Authority is not reaching them. The authority is also facing problems due to delay on the part of the allottees. Due to this, on the one hand, the lease rent of the authority and the stamp of the registration department are also stuck, and on the other hand the allottees are not even able to get the ownership rights.
