In 2010, there are 3369 flat buyers from the Greater Noida Authority under the Built Up Housing Scheme (BHS) 5 to BHS-17, who have not yet got the flats registered. These flat one-storey houses are located in several sectors including Sector 3, Omicron 2, Ju 2, Ju 3, MU 2, Omicron One, Omicron One A, Ita II. These include flats and one-storey houses ranging from EWS to HIG.

The registry will have to be done by August 31,

let us tell you that the property department of Greater Noida Authority has issued a check list to get them registered. Have sent reminders several times. There are many allottees who have not even updated the addresses in the authority, due to which the letter of Greater Noida Authority is not reaching them. The authority is also facing problems due to delay on the part of the allottees. Due to this, on the one hand, the lease rent of the authority and the stamp of the registration department are also stuck, and on the other hand the allottees are not even able to get the ownership rights.

These sectors have flats

The same is the case with RPS-01 (Residential Plot Scheme), Residential Plot Scheme of 2008, Left Over Plot Scheme (LOP). 217 allottees of these schemes have not got the registry done yet. These plots are located in Sector Alpha, Beta, Co-Operative Society, Sector 3, Delta One, Eta, Omicron 3, Chai-Fi etc. The date of their registration was earlier June 30, but the CEO of Greater Noida Authority, Narendra Bhushan, has extended this period to August 31 in view of the Kovid epidemic.

Documents required for getting lease deed

These are the necessary documents required to get the lease deed done. Request letter for Pahlas lease deed. Second, a copy of the challans for all deposits. Third, five photographs of the allottee and two signatures on ordinary paper (self-attested) with the details of the allottee. Fourth, Affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.10 for future liability. Fifth, the allottee will have to take a copy of the lease deed and possession certificate (from the authority).
