PNB KYC Online Update Notice: PNB has said that those customers whose KYC accounts are yet to be updated, have been sent two notices from the bank on their registered address and through SMS on their registered mobile number.

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has asked its customers to complete their KYC details. Deadline for this has also been declared. At the same time, notices have also been sent to those customers who have not yet updated their KYC details. The bank has said that if KYC documents are not updated, customers may face problems in banking transactions.

PNB has said in a statement issued on August 2, 2023 that those customers whose KYC accounts are yet to be updated, have been sent two notices from the bank on their registered address and through SMS on their registered mobile number. The bank has requested its customers to update their KYC information as per RBI standards before August 31, 2023.

It is mandatory for all customers to update KYC as per RBI guidelines. If your account is eligible for KYC update till July 31, 2023, you are requested to get your KYC updated through PNB application, website or by visiting any branch of the bank in person. Failure to update may result in a ban on your account.

PNB customers have to update identity proof, address proof, current photo, PAN, income proof, mobile number etc. under KYC update through PNB One. At the same time, if there is no change in the customer’s information, he can go to the bank branch and give a self-declaration. The bank said that customers who choose to participate in e-KYC authentication can give a self-declaration at any branch that there is no change in ID or address information. Or you can update KYC at the branch for any change in address.

How to check PNB KYC status

Login to online PNB website with credentials
Go to Individual Settings and click on KYC Status.
If you need to update your KYC will appear on the screen.

Do e-KYC from mobile

Customers who wish to complete e-KYC can do so through the PNB One module. Customers will also have to submit a self-declaration letter with information about their current address, annual income and annual turnover in the form of OTP based Aadhaar certification.
