Any customer can apply for this through Paytm App. For this, first they have to go to Paytm Payments Bank section in the app and apply for Physical Card there. After tapping on Manage Cards, a new page will open in the app, where you will see the option to Upgrade to Visa Card at the top. If you already have virtual cards, you can upgrade. There you will see the option of (Get Visa Card New) for Visa card, on which you have to tap. After opening the next page, you have to click on Proceed to Upgrade.
