Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off all three Vande Bharat Expresses together on March 12. If railway sources are to be believed, these trains will be flagged off by Prime Minister Modi through virtual medium.


Bihar may get the gift of Vande Bharat trains on March 12. Vande Bharat from Patna to Ayodhya via Lucknow, Patna New Jalpaiguri and Ranchi to Banaras will be launched on this day. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off all three Vande Bharat Expresses together on March 12. If railway sources are to be believed, these trains will be flagged off by Prime Minister Modi through virtual medium. On the same day, PM Modi will also give the gift of several railway projects across the country. This also includes laying the foundation stone for the redevelopment work of many stations.

Railway sources said that these three trains can be given special stoppage on the day of inauguration special. Programs will be organized at all the major stations where Vande Bharat will stop. In which local public representatives will be present. According to the information so far, Vande Bharat Express running from Patna to Lucknow will go from Ayodhya to Lucknow via DDU, Varanasi, Jaunpur, Sahebganj, Akbarpur. Whereas Patna Jalpaiguri Vande Bharat Express will run from Patna via Bakhtiyarpur, Mokama, Navgachia, Khagaria, Begusarai, Kishanganj Katihar. In this sequence, Vande Bharat Express going from Ranchi to Banaras will run from Ranchi to Banaras via Gaya Junction, DDU. The list of fares and time tables of all three trains may be released within the next two days.

Vande Bharat trial was successful on the second day

Vande Bharat Express going from Patna to Lucknow was also trial run for the second day on Wednesday. This train left the junction at its scheduled time at 10 in the morning and after Buxar the train speed reduced. However, without stopping at any station, DDU reached in two hours 04 minutes. In return also this train reached Patna Junction in 2 hours 18 minutes. The trial of the train was completely successful and no technical problems were encountered.
