When can the new labor law be implemented

Responding to a written question in the Lok Sabha, Minister of State Rameshwar Teli said that the new labor law will be implemented at the earliest. However, the dates for its implementation have not been announced yet. It is also being said in some media reports that the new labor law can be implemented from October. Will get three leave

With the introduction of the new labor law, employees will get three days off in a week. Employees will have to work 48 hours a week. Employees will have to work 12 hours a day, four days a week. During this, you will also get half an hour leave twice.

PF will increase

After the new labor law comes, the contribution in the PF of the employees will be increased. Contribution of 50 percent or more of the basic salary will be done in PF. That is, with the introduction of the new labor law, the in-hand salary of the employees will be reduced.

Final settlement will happen in two days

After the new labor law comes, the full and final payment of the employees will be done in just 2 days. That is, if you leave the job somewhere or you are fired, then all the process related to your money will be settled in just 2 days. Please note that it takes 45 days to complete the final payment.
