NEET PG 2025 counseling: MCC has released the new schedule for NEET PG counseling. Students participating in the counseling process can check the new schedule by visiting the official website mcc.nic.in. This schedule is for seats reserved for AIQ and Central University.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released a new schedule for NEET PG 2025 counselling. The new schedule is for 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats and 100% seats in Central Universities. Students participating in the counselling process can check the new schedule by visiting the official website mcc.nic.in. Under this, the first round of choice filling will take place today and tomorrow. The result of the first round will be released on November 20. Let us tell you, NEET PG exam is for students who have completed medical graduation (MBBS) degree in India and wish to pursue post-graduation in the same field.

Candidates who secure a seat will report to their assigned college between November 21st and 27th, 2025, to proceed with the admission process. After Round 1 counseling is completed, the second round of counseling will begin. Counseling for this round will be conducted from December 1st to 21st, 2025, the third round from December 22nd to January 11th, 2026, and the third round from January 12th to January 31st, 2026.

- Registration Opening Date: 17 October 2025
- Last Date of Registration: 05 November 2025 (up to 3 PM)
- Choice Filling Date: 17th to 18th November 2025 (till 11:55 AM)
- Choice Locking Date: November 18, 2025 (4 PM to 11:55 PM)
- Seat processing for Round 1: November 19, 2025
- Round 1 Result Release Date: 20 November 2025
- Round 1 Reporting Date: 21 to 27 November 2025

- Visit the official website mcc.nic.in and click on the “PG Medical” section.
- Click on PG Counselling Schedule given in the eservices/schedule section.
- The counselling schedule will be downloaded to the candidates’ phone/computer/laptop/tablet.
Follow these steps for choice filling and locking:
- For counselling registration visit the official website mcc.nic.in.
- Click on the NEET PG Counselling Round-1 link on the homepage of the website.
- After clicking on the link, fill the required information and do choice filling.
- Complete the choice locking process the next day.
- Finally, take a printout of it for future reference.
