The chairman of IOC has started the facility of filling cylinders and getting a new LPG connection by giving a misscall on Monday. The company has said that customers living in any corner of the country can take advantage of this facility. Along with this, IOC has also started the facility to convert one-cylinder plan to two-cylinder plan.
In this plan, if a customer does not want to take a second cylinder of 14.2 kg, then he can only take a second cylinder of 5 kg. In January 2021, the company started the facility of giving new connections or filling cylinders on missed calls in select cities. Now this service has started for customers across the country from 9 August 2021.

- LPG cylinders can also be refilled through Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS).
- Booking is also done through IndianOil’s app or https://cx.indianoil.in.

- Apart from this, booking can also be done by SMS or IVRS on 7718955555.
- Cylinders can also be filled through Amazon and Paytm.
