Now you will get all the information related to LIC policy, any new scheme or any new changes in the old scheme on your one call. For this you have to follow a simple procedure.
Know its complete process
1. For this you have to first update your mobile number on the official website of Life Insurance Corporation of India.
2. For this you have to first go to the official website of LIC www.licindia.in .
3. After this you will see a category named Customer Service at the top of the home page.
4. Now you click on this category. Now you will see many more sub categories on the screen.
5. Now you click on the ‘Update your contact’ details option within these categories.
6. Now you will come to a new page. Fill all the information asked of you on this page.
7. After filling all the information, you will be asked about the declaration and after doing YES on it, right click and submit.
Policy details are required
1. After completing this entire process, if you are an existing LIC customer, you will be asked for your policy number.
2. After entering your policy number here, click on validate policy details and verify the policy number.
3. After this process your contact details will be updated on the official website.
4. After this, you will start getting notifications about all the information related to LIC policy, any new policy or any update in the old policy on your phone.
