Request 24 hours in advance
If the ticket is in your name, then you can transfer the ticket in the name of family members like parents, siblings, husband-wife and son or daughter. That means you can transfer the ticket only within your blood relation. But for this you will have to request at least 24 hours in advance.
Ticket transfer method
The job of ticket transfer is not difficult. You take the print of your confirmed ticket and go to the reservation counter. Here you will have to provide the photo identity card of the person in whose name you want to transfer your ticket. You will also have to tell what your relationship is with them. Submit the ID and ticket copy of both the passengers to the Chief Reservation Supervisor. After verification, your ticket will be transferred to the name of your blood related person.
