What are the rules of AC class,
if you cancel the AC class or executive class ticket 48 hours in advance, then Rs 240 is deducted from your ticket amount. Apart from this, if you have booked AC-2 tier ticket, then in this situation Rs 200 will be deducted from your ticket amount. At the same time, if you get a ticket in AC 3 tier, Rs 180 is deducted from your ticket amount and the balance amount is transferred to your account.


Apart from this, if you have got a sleeper class ticket and you cancel that ticket 48 hours before due to some reason, then in this situation Rs 120 is deducted from your ticket amount . . At the same time, only Rs 60 is charged as cancellation charge in second class.

In which case the full money will be returned?
Apart from this, if the train is more than three hours late from its scheduled time and in this situation you cancel your ticket, then you get the full amount of the ticket amount in your account. In this situation, Railways does not charge you any kind of charge. At the same time, apart from this, if you cancel the ticket 30 minutes before the departure of the train, even if you have a ticket in the waiting list, you still get the full amount.

Know in which situation half the money is deducted?
Apart from this, if you cancel your confirmed ticket within 48 to 12 hours from the departure of the train, then in that case 25% amount will be deducted from your ticket and the outstanding amount will be transferred to your account. Apart from this, if you cancel the ticket between 12 to 14 hours, then half your amount will be deducted and the outstanding money will be credited to the account.
