Indian Railways: For the convenience of the railway passengers going home during the festival, the Northern Railway has decided to operate the festival special train for Madhya Pradesh and Bihar. These trains operating in both the directions will be fully reserved category. The operation of this train will be of great benefit to the passengers.
New Delhi. In view of the upcoming festivals, it is being decided by the Railways to continuously operate special trains and to add extra coaches in the operated trains and increase the frequency.
For the convenience of the railway passengers going home during the festival, the Northern Railway has decided to operate a festive special train for Madhya Pradesh and Bihar. This train, operating in both the directions, will be fully reserved class. The operation of this train will be of great benefit to the passengers.
According to Deepak Kumar, Chief Public Relations Officer, Northern Railway, for the convenience of railway passengers during the upcoming festivals, weekly festival special train between Gwalior and Barauni is being operated as follows:-
Train No. 1901 Gwalior-Barauni Weekly Festival Special train will depart from Gwalior at 07.25 AM on every Friday from 15 October to 26 November and will reach Barauni at 07.00 AM the next day.
In the return direction, 01902 Barauni – Gwalior Weekly Festival Special train will leave Barauni at 09.15 a.m. every Saturday from 16th October to 27th November and arrive Gwalior at 09.30 a.m. the next day.
This special train route covers Dabra, Datia, Jhansi, Niwari, Mau Ranipur, Harpalpur, Kulpahar, Mahoba, Banda, Attra, Chitrakootdham, Manikpur, Shankargarh, Naini, Prayagraj, Gyanpur, Varanasi, Ghazipur City, Ballia, Chhapra, Sonpur, Hajipur. And will stop at Shahpur Patori stations in both the directions. This train is fully reserved train.
