Indian Railways: Electronic Interlocking Block work is being done at Panjkosi station of Bathinda-Sriganganagar railway division. Regarding this work, Railways has decided to take traffic block on 29.04.2022 due to which rail traffic will be affected. During this time, apart from canceling many trains on the route, it has also been decided to short terminate.


New Delhi. Electronic Interlocking Block work is being done by North Western Railway at Panjkosi station of Bathinda-Sriganganagar railway section. Regarding this work, Railways has decided to take traffic block on 29.04.2022 due to which rail traffic will be affected. During this time, apart from canceling many trains on the route, it has also been decided to short terminate.

According to Captain Shashi Kiran, spokesperson of North Western Railway, due to interlocking works, traffic block is being taken at Panjkosi station of Bathinda-Sriganganagar railway section. Due to the traffic block being taken tomorrow, 29th April, the following trains operating under Zonal Railways will be affected:-

These trains will remain cancelled

1. Train no. 04753, Bathinda-Sriganganagar train service will remain canceled on 29.04.2022.

2. Train No. 04756, Sri Ganganagar – Bathinda train service will remain canceled on 29.04.2022.

These trains will be short terminated

1. Train no. 14525, Ambala-Sriganganagar train service which will leave Ambala on 29.04.2022 will remain partially canceled between Bathinda-Sriganganagar.

2. Train No. 14526, Sri Ganganagar-Ambala train service which will depart from Sriganganagar on 29.04.2022, that train service will remain partially canceled between Sriganganagar-Bathinda.
