According to official sources, railways has done the construction work of station building and circulating area at a cost of about 20 crores. It has also joined the select stations in the country where trains will be controlled by computerized system instead of manual.
It is said that this station will be the first state-of-the-art station of Jaipur Division in itself, on which the operation of trains will be done by computer. Due to this, the operation of trains will not be interrupted even in the event of point failure. With this, the movement of trains at the stations will also become easy.
On the other hand, according to Lieutenant Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, platform no. After the completion of the construction work on 01, the following railway services will be stopped:-
1. Train No. 09684, Chandigarh – Ajmer Garib Superfast Rath Special train (Departing from Chandigarh on/after 06 October) will arrive Jagatpura station at 05.17 hrs and depart at 05.19 hrs.
2. Train No. 09612, Amritsar-Ajmer Special train service (departing from Amritsar on/after October 5th) will arrive at Jagatpura station at 05.56 hrs and depart at 05.58 hrs.
3. Train No. 09614, Amritsar-Ajmer Special train service (departing from Amritsar on/after 8th October) will arrive at Jagatpura station at 05.56 hrs and depart at 05.58 hrs.
4. Train No. 04834, Hisar-Jaipur Special train service (departing from Hisar on/after 5th October) will arrive at Jagatpura station at 08.27 hrs and depart at 08.29 hrs.
5. Train No. 04646, Jammu Tawi – Jaisalmer Special Rail service (departing from Jammu Tawi from 5th October onwards) will arrive Jagatpura station at 16.56 hrs and depart at 16.58 hrs.
6. Train No. 04662, Jammu Tawi – Barmer Special train service (departing Jammu Tawi from 6th October onwards) will arrive Jagatpura station at 16.56 hrs and depart at 16.58 hrs.
7. Train No. 09792, Hisar-Jaipur Special train service (departing from Hisar from 6th October onwards) will arrive Jagatpura station at 21.46 hrs and depart at 21.47 hrs.
