Indian Railways: North Western Railway (NWR) will temporarily add additional coaches in 27 pairs of special trains running under its control due to Puja/Deepawali festivals. These trains operate especially between all the cities of the states of Madhya Pradesh, Assam, West Bengal, Delhi, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
New Delhi. In view of the convenience of railway passengers, it has been decided to add additional coaches in special trains during the festive season . North Western Railway (NWR) will temporarily add additional coaches in 27 pairs of special trains running under its control due to Puja/Deepawali festivals. With the addition of these coaches, additional berths will be available to the passengers in the trains. At the same time, their journey will become very smooth and comfortable.
According to Lieutenant Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, additional coaches are being added temporarily in 27 pairs of trains to provide more berths to the passengers in view of the festival. All these trains operate between all the cities of the states of Madhya Pradesh, Assam, West Bengal, Delhi, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka. Passengers going to these states will get huge benefit by adding additional coaches. Additional temporary coaches are being added to these following trains:-
1. Train No. 09666/09665, Udaipur City-Khajuraho-Udaipur City Special is being temporarily augmented with 02 Second Sleeper and 01 Third AC class coaches from Udaipur City from 07 October to 30 November and Khajuraho from 09 October to 02 December Is.
2. Temporary increase of 01 Third AC class coach in train number 09709/09710, Udaipur City-Kamakhya-Udaipur City Special from Udaipur City from 11th October to 29th November and from Kamakhya from 14th October to 02nd December.
3. Train No. 09601/09602, Udaipur City – Newjalpaiguri – Udaipur City Weekly Special is being temporarily increased by 01 Third AC class coach from Udaipur City from 16th October to 27th November and from 18th October to 29th November at Newjalepaiguri.
