According to information received from sources, China has completely withdrawn its forces from a disputed area of Ladakh. Sources have said that Indian-Chinese troops have retreated 2 kilometers from Petrol Point 15 of Ladakh’s Hot Spring. At the same time, sources say that the soldiers from Gogra’s Petrol Point 17A will be removed two kilometers back on Thursday or Friday.

On Monday, Chinese soldiers had retreated to the Ladakh Galwan Valley in eastern Ladakh. The army of the two countries has retreated 1.5 km from the site of violent skirmishes. It is probably confined to the Galvan Valley . It has now been made a buffer zone, so that no further violent incidents occur. India has also made physical verification of the withdrawal of Chinese soldiers.
According to sources, this was agreed upon in the meeting of the Corps Commander on 6 June.
