On this, it has been said by Indian Oil Corporation that these services have been disrupted for the last two days and at present this system is getting better.
“IndianOil is working with IBM and Oracle to restore the system at the earliest,” the company said in a statement. Indian Oil Corporation said, “Your booking will be registered and we will continue to deliver the cylinders to you at the earliest. We are hopeful that the issue will be resolved.” The company further said, “Sorry for the inconvenience caused to our customers due to the sudden system outage.”
However, customers can continue to book via SMS or IVRS on 77189 55555 or make a missed call on 84549 55555. Apart from this, booking facility is also available by messaging through WhatsApp number 75888 88824.
