Gold Price Today: Gold falls by Rs 10,000 from record high, silver prices also fall

On MCX, gold futures were at ₹46,543 per 10 grams while silver futures were at ₹60,530 per kg. In the previous session, the prices of gold had declined slightly, while silver had gained 1.5%.

In global markets, gold was trading marginally lower at $1,759 an ounce as the dollar stabilized after two sessions of losses.

Gold traders will keep an eye on US jobs data at the end of the week amid fears of slowing economic growth. Domestic brokerage Geojit said if the support of $ 1760 remains intact, then recovery is expected to accelerate.
