Superintendent of Police (North) Nidhin Valsan said an FIR has been lodged at Mapusa police station against the driver of the car.
The video was shot on 27 December
Police said that this video has been shot in Madani of Para village near Mapusa. He said it was uploaded on the social media platform on December 27. After this the video went viral.

Children were lying on the roof of the car
It can be seen in the video that the person making the video is asking the driver about the children sleeping on the roof, but the driver does not say anything and moves the car forward.
