Working days: This pilot program was started by non-profit groups ‘Four Day Week Global’, ‘Four Day Week UK Campaign’ and Autonomy. Under this, about 3000 employees were ordered to do the work which was to be completed in 5 days in 4 days.


Professor Juliet Schor, Research Head of Boston College, said that this project was started in different offices. Its results have been seen better than expected in the trial. Which was appreciated by all the companies.

Working days: The formula of working 4 days a week and 3 days off has become a super hit in companies. It started in Britain as the world’s largest trial. In the report published on Tuesday, this trial has been described as very superhit and successful. Most of the companies involved in this trial have announced to adopt this format.

Now the employees working in these offices will get 3 days off in a week. This pilot project was started in Britain in June last year and companies from different sectors were included in it. So that all the companies can share their experience in this.

All companies appreciate it
