EFPO Members: Important news! EPFO ​​will give this benefit if you will register by March 31, check details immediately

Under the ABRY scheme, the government will plan the share of the employee and the employer in the Provident Fund (PF) for 2 years. Such employees who will register with EPFO by March 31, 2022, will be given the benefit of PF contribution by the government for the next two years.


New Delhi. If you are looking for a job then this news is very useful for you. Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) is giving youth an opportunity to get jobs easily under the Atmanirbhar Bharat Rojgar Yojana (ABRY).

EPFO has said that youths looking for employment can now register themselves under ABRY till March 31, 2022. Through this registration, the government will pay the PF of the employees who are appointed in a company. Not only this, the amount going to PF on behalf of the company will also be paid by the government.

24% contribution for 2 years

Under the ABRY scheme, the government will plan the share of the employee and the employer in the Provident Fund (PF) for 2 years. This will also encourage companies to give more number of jobs. The benefit of the scheme can be availed for 24 months from the date of joining. In this, the government will contribute 24 percent of the salary. 12 per cent on behalf of the employee and 12 per cent on behalf of the employer.

This is the main condition of the scheme

The government has said that the benefit of ABRY scheme will be given to only those employees whose salary will be less than 15 thousand rupees monthly. As soon as the salary of the employee crosses the limit of 15 thousand monthly, the contribution made by the government in his PF account will be stopped. Apart from this, the company in which the number of employees will be more than 1,000, will also not be given the benefit of the scheme.

Estimated to benefit 72 lakh employees

The Personnel Ministry of the government has said that about 71.8 lakh new employees are expected to benefit through the scheme. Such employees who will register with EPFO by March 31, 2022, will be given the benefit of PF contribution by the government for the next two years. The scheme will be applicable for such companies, which have been registered with EPFO before October, 2020.
