Diwali Bonanza Announce: Good news! Employees will get bonus, so much money will come into their account

Along with increasing the Dearness Allowance (DA Hike), now the Yogi government has given another gift to the employees on Diwali (Diwali 2023). The state government has also announced 30 days bonus along with DA.



Diwali Bonanza: Many gifts are being given to the employees by the Central Government as well as the State Government. Along with increasing the Dearness Allowance (DA Hike), now the Yogi government has given another gift to the employees on Diwali (Diwali 2023). Along with increasing the dearness allowance by 4 percent, CM Yogi has also announced a 30-day bonus. This time before Diwali, there has been a shower of gifts from the state governments.

The maximum limit of bonus for all non-gazetted state employees has been fixed by the state government at Rs 7,000. Along with this, CM Yogi has also wished everyone a happy Diwali.

Yogi government tweeted

CM Yogi Adityanath has written on X that all the state employees, aided educational and technical educational institutions, urban bodies, UGC employees, work charged employees and pensioners, who are contributing to the progress of Uttar Pradesh, will be given 46% of the basic salary. Dearness allowance will be provided.

Similarly, it has been decided to provide bonus equal to 30 days’ emoluments (maximum limit ₹ 7,000) to all state employees (non-gazetted)/work charged employees, teachers, non-teaching staff and daily wage workers.

Further, CM Yogi has written that… advance wishes of Diwali to all of you!

Dearness allowance has increased by 4 percent

Yogi government has announced to increase dearness allowance. About 10 lakh employees of the state will benefit from this. Apart from this, 8 lakh pensioners and teachers will get benefit. Till now, DA/DR was being given to the state employees at the rate of 42 percent. After an increase of 4 percent it has increased to 46 percent.
