The flurry of bonuses to be received in Durga Puja has started. And it is believed that like last year, this time also Rs 17951 will reach his account as a bonus of 78 days.
Money will rain on employees
Let us tell you that the employees will get bonus as well as the DA of July will also be added to their salary. That is, now in the coming salary, in addition to bonus and DA, you will also get money. It is worth noting that railway employees have recently got the benefit of 11 percent increased DA. The Central Government has removed the ban on the DA of the employees who have been waiting for a long time since January 2020, after which the DA has increased from 17 to 28 percent. Now there is a possibility of getting DA of July 2021 at three percent. With this, the total DA will become 31 percent.
Crores of rupees will be distributed among the employees
Dhanbad Railway Division is spread over Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh in which about 22222 employees are serving. All these employees will get the benefit of bonus before the festival. At the same time, if every employee gets Rs 17951 as bonus on the lines of last year, then about Rs 39 crore 90 lakh will be distributed only as bonus amount. Along with this, the amount of DA will also be available. The amount of DA will be based on the salary of the employee and the officer. That is, this Durga Puja is going to happen bat-bat to railway employees.
