Delhi Paris Flight: Aviation company Vistara said on Thursday that it will start direct flights between Delhi and Paris from November 7 under the ‘air bubble’ agreement between India and France. The airline, operated by Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines, said in a statement that flights on the new route will be operated by Boeing 787-900 (Dreamliner) aircraft. Direct flights will run between the two cities twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays.

It said that flights between the two cities can also be booked through the company’s website, mobile applications and other means including intermediaries. Vistara Chief Executive Officer Leslie Thung said, “We are very happy to start flights to Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris. This move reflects our commitment to grow our global network.

“These flights give us an opportunity to further strengthen our presence in Europe and present the best of India’s service to the world,” he said. Vistara has a total of 48 aircraft, of which 37 are Airbus A320, three Airbus A321Neo, six Boeing 737-800NG and two Boeing 787.9 Dreamliner aircraft.
