New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday pronounced judgment in the Shaheen Bagh case. The apex court said that no public space can be used for protests in such a way and the road cannot be blocked indefinitely. In this type of case, the administration should take action. The Supreme Court said that the right to protest is in the constitution but there should be a fixed place for protest.

Ordinary people should not be troubled by the protests. The court has expressed hope that such situations will not happen in the future. The Supreme Court made it clear that the administration should take action on its own if such a situation arises. One should not wait for a court’s order.
