Mumbai Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has now come forward to help the flood victims. Akshay has given a donation of one crore to the victims. For help, the chief ministers of the state of Assam and Bihar thanked actor Akshay Kumar for his gratitude.
It is reported that the monsoon has caused havoc in many states of the country this time. Many people lost their lives in Bihar and Assam. Bollywood veteran stars are now coming forward to help the victims after heavy losses. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonus have also come forward to help the flood victims.

It may be noted that Akshay Kumar has come forward to help the needy people in every difficult hour. Earlier, Akshay Kumar has donated Rs 25 crore to PM Cares to fight the corona epidemic, while an amount of Rs 3 crore has been given to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). So that it can help in making PPE kits, masks and testing kits.
It may be recalled that 14,205 people have been affected by floods in Assam while 136 people have lost their lives. In Bihar, 16 districts have been affected so far by floods. Many areas are still submerged. NDRF and SDRF teams are engaged in rescue operations. On the other hand, the chief ministers of the States have also announced relief.
