State Bank of India has made the banking system very easy for the customers. The bank has given online service for many banking tasks, so that most of the work can be done online. But, in ATMs and cash deposit machines, many times your work is not done due to technical reasons. For example, when you withdraw money from an ATM, money is deducted from the account, but you do not get the money. Similarly, now cases are coming regarding cash deposit machine that the customer deposited money in the machine, but the money was not credited in his account. In such a situation, know that if it ever happens to you that money is not credited in your account, then what will you have to do, so that you can get the money back.

Recently the same happened with a customer, he deposited money in the account with the help of cash deposit machine, but the money was not credited in the account. After this the customer complained to SBI through Twitter. On this, information was given on behalf of SBI’s official Twitter handle that how it can be complained about. The bank has told that in this situation a complaint can be made through online medium.

How to complain?

According to the information given by the bank, ‘Dear customer, you can go to https://crcf.sbi.co.in/ccf/ and complain about it in the GENERAL BANKING/BRANCH RELATED category in EXISTING CUSTOMER// MSME/ Agri/ Other Grievance Do it Also, write the transaction date, amount, beneficiary account number and location of the CDM machine. Apart from this, customers can also call SBI’s helpline number 1800 11 2211 (Toll Free), 1800 425 3800 (Toll Free) or 080-26599990 from 8 PM onwards. Complaints can be lodged till 8 pm.

SBI has done the work of installing ADWM at various places for the customers, due to which it is going to be very easy for the customers to withdraw money from ATMs. It is a machine just like an ATM. Instead of withdrawing money through this machine, it was used to deposit money. That is, you can deposit cash money from here in any account of SBI without going to the bank. But, now money can also be withdrawn through these machines and the bank has informed the customers that money can also be withdrawn from there.
