Kanchan Jaiswal, a resident of Chapdani in Bhadreshwar police station area of ​​Hooghly, told that last month she had bought a mobile phone from Flipkart for Rs 15,000 through online shopping, but after the delivery of the mobile phone, she found that the mobile phone was defective. Then he turned it back.

On October 25, when he downloaded the SBI YONO app to check the refund amount of the mobile phone, on seeing the first 40 thousand, then one by one, a total of one lakh 80 thousand rupees disappeared from his bank account. .

Immediately she reached the local SBI bank branch with her mobile phone and bank savings account. Then the bank official told that his mobile phone has been hacked due to which money was taken from his account.
He advised to complain to the police about this. Immediately Kanchan Jaiswal reached Chapdani police station of Bhadeshwar police station. There the policemen advised him that he would have to file a complaint with the Cyber ​​Crime Cell of Chandannagar Police Commissionerate to investigate the matter. After that, she went to the cyber crime cell of the police of Chandannagar commissionerate and lodged a complaint in this matter, but at present, even after 15 days of filing the complaint, she has not been able to get her missing money back. It was told from the side of the police that the investigation of the matter is going on and possible measures are being taken by the police to solve this case.
