There is no war in Ukraine, a special operation is going on

Some time ago, during the official visit of India, Sergei Lavrov had denied war in Ukraine. Then on the question asked about Ukraine war, he said that you are calling it war which is not true. This is a special operation, in which the infrastructure of the Ukrainian Army is being targeted. Our only objective is that the government of Kyiv should not become a threat to Russia in the coming times.
