90% construction of Noida International Airport has been completed and it is likely to open by October-November. The date of inauguration will be announced as soon as Prime Minister Modi gets time.

Along with the airport, a film city and other development projects can also be launched. This project will boost employment and economic development. It will be the largest international airport in the country with six runways.

There is good news for the people of Delhi-NCR, the wait for the airport to start is about to end. The construction work of Noida International Airport being built in Jewar is 90 percent complete. The remaining 10 percent work will be completed by October 15.

It is expected to be operational by the last week of October or the second week of November. A letter has been sent from the Chief Minister’s level to seek Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s time for the inauguration of the airport. The date of inauguration will be announced as soon as the Prime Minister gets time.

The airport will be inaugurated by Deepawali

Most of the construction work of terminal building, runway, ATC tower and aero bridge has been completed. Yamuna International Airport Private Limited is working on the remaining work with the aim of completing it before Diwali at any cost.

The airport will be ready for inauguration by Diwali. Apart from inaugurating the airport, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath can also lay the foundation stone of the film city and other development projects.

Yapal has started preparing the outline for the inauguration program at the end of October. Apart from the movement of people and the meeting place, the outline of other necessary works including parking of vehicles is being prepared. Once the date is decided, the preparations will gain more speed.

One and a half lakh people are expected to attend the inauguration program
Before the Bihar elections, in order to give a boost to the development model in Uttar Pradesh, the government does not want to leave any stone unturned to make the inauguration of the country’s largest international airport grand. When the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh goes to Bihar for election campaign, he will try to woo the voters by presenting the development model of Bihar before them.

As there are BJP governments in Delhi and Haryana which are adjacent to UP, around one to one and a half lakh people are expected to gather for the inauguration program from seven districts of western UP namely Gautam Buddh Nagar, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Hapur, Bulandshahr, Aligarh and Mathura.

The Prime Minister’s public meeting will be organised in the airport premises. The airport’s construction cost of Rs 29,500 crore will provide employment to five and a half lakh people. Not only Gautam Buddha Nagar, but the entire western UP and Delhi NCR, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan’s business and industries will get a boost.

The country’s largest international airport

Six runways are to be built at Noida International Airport, with one cargo runway on each side. In the first phase, one runway, terminal building, cargo hub have been completed. The capacity of the first phase will be 1 crore 20 lakh passengers per year. In the second phase, the airport’s passenger capacity will be 3 crore by 2031, 5 crore in 2036 and 7 crore in 2040.

6200 hectares of land has been acquired for the construction of six runways of the airport
Noida International Airport will be the country’s largest airport with six runways. In the first phase, two runways will provide aviation services to seven crore passengers. MRO will be built in the expansion of the airport. 1365 hectares of land has been acquired for this. It will also have one runway. 2053 hectares of land is being acquired for the remaining three runways.
