How to do e-KYC of ration card sitting at home?
- First of all install Mera Ration and Aadhaar FaceRD app in your mobile.
- After downloading the app, select your location.
- Now register your personal details like Aadhar Number, Captcha Code and OTP.
- After this, your Aadhaar related information will be visible on the screen.
- After this, select the Face eKYC option to scan the face and scan it with the mobile selfie camera.
- By doing this the e-KYC process will be completed.
How to know whether e-KYC has been done or not?
If you have completed the process and want to check whether e-KYC was successful or not, login to the app again.
- Open the Mera Ration app and enter the location.
- To check Ration Card e-KYC, you will first need to download Mera KYC app or Mera Ration app from Play Store.
- After downloading the app, enter your location.
- After this fill Aadhar number, captcha and OTP.
- After this you will see the Ration Card e-KYC status.
- If Status Y is shown then understand that e-KYC is complete.
- And if Status N is visible, then understand that your e-KYC is not complete yet.
Easy way to do Ration Card e-KYC offline
If you are unable to complete your ration card’s e-KYC online or are experiencing any problems, you can go directly to your ration card dealer. Alternatively, you can also complete your e-KYC at a CSC (Common Service Center). You will need to bring your Aadhaar card and ration card with you.
