Public Holiday: Govt has declared holiday in all offices, corporations, boards, corporations today, see notification

Jalandhar- The Deputy Commissioner Jalandhar has issued an order declaring 6th September 2025 (Saturday) as a government holiday in the district. According to the information, this holiday has been declared in connection with the annual fair being celebrated at Shri Sidh Baba Sodhal Maharaj Ji.

Keeping in mind the faith of the people, this holiday will be applicable in all the offices, boards/corporations and government educational institutions of the Punjab Government located in the district Jalandhar. The Deputy Commissioner has directed the concerned departments to ensure compliance with the holiday order.
