Prime Minister Modi will release the next installment of PM-Kisan scheme today, Rs 19,500 crore will be deposited in the bank accounts of the beneficiary farmers

PM Modi had released the eighth installment of economic benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana through video conferencing on May 14. The last installment of PM-KISAN was distributed to 90 million farmer families.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM-KISAN), the next and 9th installment of PM Kisan Nidhi is going to be released today. PM Narendra Modi will simultaneously transfer Rs 19,500 crore to the bank accounts of 9.75 crore beneficiary farmers at 12:30 pm today. The Prime Minister will also address the nation on this occasion through video conferencing and interact with the beneficiaries. Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar will also be present on this occasion.




Under the PM-Kisan scheme, a financial benefit of Rs 6000 per year is provided to the eligible beneficiary farmer families. Beneficiaries get this amount in 3 installments of Rs.2000 each. This money is sent directly to the bank account of the farmers through DBT. Under this, till now more than 1.38 lakh crore rupees have been transferred to the bank accounts of farmer families. Now money is going to be transferred again in a few hours.

The scheme was started in 2018

1st installment of PM Kisan Yojana in February 2019, 2nd installment 2nd April 2019, 3rd installment August 2019, 4th installment January 2020, 5th installment 1st April 2020, 6th installment 1st August 2020, 7th installment December 2020, 8th installment will be released on 1st April 2021 And the 9th installment is going to be released on 9th August i.e. today. PM Modi had released the eighth installment of economic benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana through video conferencing on May 14. This scheme was started in December 2018 to provide direct assistance to farmers. Since then, 11.5 crore people have got help through this. Initially, its benefit was available only to small and marginal farmers, but later it was extended to all. However, some criteria have been fixed to take advantage of this, only after fulfilling which one can take advantage of it.




While applying online under the scheme, fill the form completely. Fill the correct information only. According to the officials of the Ministry of Agriculture, the details of the land – especially the khasra number and account number should be filled very carefully. In this, fill the IFSC code properly while filling the bank account information. Enter the same account number as it is in the current status.
