Departmental action has been initiated against 34 officers. An FIR has been registered in 13 districts and 52 persons have been arrested.

Who is not entitled to this plan?

>> If a farmer cultivates but the field is not in the name of his father or grandfather instead of his name, then he will not get the benefit of Rs. 6000 per annum. The land should be in the name of the farmer.

>> If a farmer cultivates land on contract from another farmer, he too will not get the benefit of this scheme. Prime Minister The ownership of land is essential in the farmer.

>> If a farmer or family holds a constitutional position, they will not get any benefit.

>> State / Central Government as well as PSUs and Government Autonomous Institutions or Retired Officers and Employees will not be covered under the Seva Yojana. However, Multi-Tasking Staff / Class IV / Group D employees are exempted

>> Professionals like Doctors, Engineers, CAs, Architects and Lawyers will also not get the benefit of this scheme even if they are farming.

>> Retired pensioners with a monthly pension of more than Rs. 10,000 will not get the benefit.

>> Professionals who paid income tax in the last assessment year are also excluded from the scope of this scheme.
